So watching a little more of what Michael Mosley advocates (via YouTube videos) and as well as occasional starvation he says we only need to exercise for three minutes a week, well hitch me to the band wagon coz that sounds awesome!

So warm up, go all out for 20 seconds, catch your breath, another hellish 20 seconds, calm yourself again, a final 20 seconds and cool down and you are done. Do this three times a week. You can do this cycling or running. I am just gonna incorporate it as part of my dog walk, might look a bit mental but so would going to the gym for a seven minute workout!
