I am using a combination of three days-a-week fasting and something called HIT exercising (20 seconds of intense exercise 9 times a week) to try and lose weight and get fit for my up coming wedding.

I will also be trying multiple, wacky antidotes and creams to make myself more beautiful in order to be a smoking hot bride.

BEANS ON TOAST

Half a tin of beans is 164
one slice of Warburtons seeded batch is 137
A smidge of olive spread is about 30 cals (a seriously thin spreading here)

Pretty filling meal = 331
